Pack Air's customer service department offers a full line of services for you to choose from.

Service and Installations:
Pack Air provides accurate, timely service and equipment installation. We can supply you with a full install crew or we can send one of our Service Technicians to supervise the project.

Line Audits and Analysis:
This unique service entails having one of our Service Technicians visit your facility to do a walk-thru inspection with you. During this inspection they will point out any worn or defective equipment you may have, look for potential problems that could arise, and point out any existing or potential safety issues. Upon completion of the audit a detailed report will be sent to you.

Electrical Controls:
Our in-house controls group, allows Pack Air the capability of offering not only mechanical solutions but control solutions as well. We have the capabilities of providing everything from simple wiring of motors/VFD's to designing, programming, and wiring elaborate systems (I.E. MAP, Indramat, ect.).

Spare Parts:
Pack Air, retains drawings and parts lists for every system sold since opening in 1984. We can  identify and order replacement parts often on the same day as the order. On older systems where the part is no longer available, Pack Air can engineer a replacement.

On Call Service:
The Customer Service Department at Pack Air, Inc. offers complete 24/7 coverage 365 days a year. We have one of our highly trained technicians available at all times to assist you with any questions or problems you may experience.
