Pack Air designs, manufactures and integrates custom conveyor and product handling devices. We specialize in consulting with our customers to understand their unique challenges and also deliver customized solutions that in turn improve the efficiency and capacity of their production lines.
We coach a team approach to problem solving throughout the organization to make sure we are offering our customers the best possible solutions. From the time we receive an RFQ, through engineering, manufacturing and service, we meet in small teams every day to work through problems. This approach does take more time up front, but as a result it pays off in the end.

Sales – Account Manager (Outside Sales)
Position Summary:
The Account Manager is the main representative of PAI in the field. This position is for an individual that is motivated by the desire to see themselves, their company and their customers succeed as partners. You will be supported by and work closely with Inside Sales, Estimators and Applications Engineering to create accurate and timely project proposals. PAI emphasizes and coaches a Team approach to problem solving throughout the organization.

Position:
Manufacturing – Mechanical Assembly Lead
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for the assembly of conveyor and related mechanical equipment. The ideal candidate for this position possesses good mechanical aptitude, enthusiasm, and is motivated to get the job done in a fast paced environment. This individual will work closely with the Assembly Manager, Plant Manager and Project Management to build quality equipment on a timely basis. PAI emphasizes and coaches a Team approach to problem solving throughout the organization.

Manufacturing – Mid Level Mechanical Assembly
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for the assembly of conveyor and related mechanical equipment. The ideal candidate for this position possesses good mechanical aptitude, enthusiasm, and is motivated to get the job done in a fast paced environment. This individual will work closely with the Mechanical Assembly Leads and Entry Level Mechanical Assemblers to build quality equipment on a timely basis. Position:
Manufacturing – Entry Level General Laborer
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for washing and preparing parts for painting, material handling (unstacking, sorting, hanging and moving parts), grinding, deburring. This is an entry level position to prove work ethic and chance to move into a more skilled position in fabrication, machine shop or assembly. The ideal candidate for this position possesses good mechanical aptitude, enthusiasm, and is motivated to get the job done in a fast paced environment. As an entry level position this individual will work closely with a team leader on their assigned project. PAI emphasizes and coaches a Team approach to problem solving throughout the organization.
