Careers

Pack Air designs, manufactures and integrates custom conveyor and product handling devices. We specialize in consulting with our customers to understand their unique challenges and delivering customized solutions that improve the efficiency and capacity of their production lines.

We coach a Team approach to problem solving throughout the organization to make sure we are offering our customers the best possible solutions.  From the time we receive an RFQ, through engineering, manufacturing and service, we meet in small teams every day to work through problems.  This approach does take more time up front, but we have proven results that it pays off in the end.

Our goal is to hire and retain individuals that want to be part of our Team Culture.  We take time to help set career paths, and then coach and mentor team members to reach achievable goals.  Other team members’ act as leaders and mentors with goals of passing on what they have learned to another generation of manufacturing professionals.

Pack Air is steadily growing and is always looking for talented individuals to join our Team.  If you have a background in conveyor or custom equipment manufacturing related to material handling, we may have an opportunity for you in the areas of Inside and Outside Sales, Mechanical and Controls Engineering, Fabrication, Mechanical and Electrical Assembly and Service.
